  • What paperwork do I need to rent a slip?

    You'll need a slip contract, slip fee paid in full, and proof of insurance.

  • Do you require insurance?

    Yes, with a copy of your policy and a $300,000.00 Liability Policy.

  • How far in advance can I request a guest slip?

    We have slips set aside from our rented slips that are available for transient boaters.

  • Do you have live aboard slips?

    We do not have the currents, electrical meter needs to have live aboards although we do not unwelcome weekenders or overnighters.

  • Are utilities included in the slip fees?

    Utilities are included within slip fees.



  • Is there a fee for parking?

    There is no fee for parking for slipholders or guests.


  • How long does it take to get to the Chesapeake Bay from your marina?

    We are within minutes of the Chesapeake Bay. It will take you about 8 minutes to get to the stone jetty and within minutes you are in the bay.

  • Do you have boat launch facilities?

    We have the means to launch via fork lift or travel lift. We have a boat ramp as well for smaller boats on trailers.

  • Can you add extra cleats to a dock?

    Cleats may be added to the pier. We sell dock edge black cleats in our store.


  • I need to rent a boat trailer. Do you have storage for boat trailers?

    We do provide storage for trailers if you are on a month-to-month basis. If you are using the ramp as an in and out, there is no charge for trailer parking for that is included in the ramp-use fee.


  • Do you have dining facilities?

    We do not have dining facilities but there are several bars and restaurants within a 2 mile radius of the Marina.


  • Do you have fuel at the marina?

    Tri-State Marine Fuel Dock is just on your way out of the creek on the left-hand side. Their phone number is 410.867.2398.
